Greg has been active in real estate since 1997.  Greg began his real estate career as an Asset Manager for a large developer in Columbus, Georgia.  He moved back home to Oregon in 1999 and worked for Princeton Property Management in Portland, Oregon, where he managed the largest producing real estate portfolio in Princeton’s organization. In 2004, Greg joined COLM Commercial. He feels that by truly understanding the need of the client he is better able to serve them. Greg graduated from the University of Oregon in 1993 with a degree in advertising and marketing.  He accepted an Officer’s Commission in the Army and served until 1997 as a Captain in the Armor Corps.  He deployed to Kuwait in 1995 during operation Desert Hammer, a follow on deployment to the first Gulf War. Greg was personally recognized for his technical competence and crisis management skills by Major General Earnst, Commander of the 18th Airborne Corps.
