Our staff is prepared to handle regularly scheduled maintenance programs, smaller project remodel jobs, and emergency service and repair. We take competitive bids to ensure good pricing.

Risk Management

We inspect our properties and make recommendations to our owners and tenants to decrease liability. We keep in close contact with our owner/tenants insurance agents to keep insurance costs at a minimum while ensuring adequate property protection. In the event of a loss, we work closely with the owner and insurance company to bring the property back to normal operation.
